About Robert Fekete
Composer, performer, and owner of Omawale Music Production Inc.
I create music across a wide range of genres, from contemporary styles to symphonic orchestration. My work brings together decades of experience in performance, composition, production, and music education.
I earned a Master of Music at the University of Toronto in 2009, studying jazz composition and arranging, film composition, and electroacoustic composition. My mentors include Terry Promane, Phil Nimmons, Christos Hatzis, and Eric Robertson.

Co-wrote the score for a musical episode of Fox Family Network’s Sixth Grade Alien (2001).
Composed music for AMC’s The Wrong Coast.
Composed, produced, and arranged music for Royal Bank Global Private Banking through McLellan Group, Toronto (2000).
Composed for Paul Intson Corp (2005–2010).
Today, I’m building a growing music library and composing original music for filmmakers, animators, and game creators. I focus on supporting the story—shaping tension, action, character, and changing moods around the project’s creative direction.
I have served as president of Omawale Music Production Inc. since November 19, 2019.
